Online Training Program for Supervisory Board Members
Hemingway offers monthly in-depth online masterclasses on a wide range of topics. These include, for example, governance & liability, risk management & control, M&A and employee participation, as well as cybersecurity and stakeholder management. While knowledge transfer from our instructors is essential, the focus is especially on the supervisory perspective: What questions should you, as a board member, ask, and which issues should you bring to the board’s attention?

he online masterclasses are suitable both for new supervisory board members seeking training and for experienced supervisors who want to keep their knowledge up to date. They are also highly recommended for the entire board as part of ongoing professional development.
CPD Points and Study Materials
Study materials vary by topic and include relevant articles and/or recommended reading and viewing. The instructor’s presentation will always be shared with participants afterwards.
Each masterclass awards 3 CPD points, and a certificate is available upon request.
